Scholarship Eligibility & Criteria

  1. Applicant must be a legal US citizen and employed a minimum of 6 months at a theatre that is a current member in good standing  with North Central NATO. Sons and daughters of theatre owners and managers are eligible if they meet other eligibility requirements.

  2. Applicant must be a senior in High School and will graduate before June 15th of the current calendar year or is a current student at an accredited 2 year or more college or technical school with at least a 12 hours credit load and 3.0 GPA.

  3. Completed application, essay or video and 3 or 4 applicant appraisals.

  4. Include a High School and/or College transcript.

  5. A current photo of yourself (preferably taken at your theater or a head shot). A school issued photo is acceptable.

  6. All applications and supporting material must be received by April 15, 2024 at 11:59pm CST.

  7. Financial awards will be forfeited if student does not successfully complete first semester of the year scholarship awarded.

  8. Scholarship payments will be made directly to the educational institution on behalf of the student.
